    Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

    • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our tests or services, please contact our support team within 48 hours of encountering the problem.
    • If you have been charged more than once for the same test series due to an error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
    • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please provide us with the details of the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Non-Refundable Items

    The following items and services are non-refundable:

    • Once a contest has been started or joined, no refund will be issued
    • Cash rewards given based on rankings are non-refundable and are subject to the rules of the competition
    • Fees for subscription-based access are non-refundable
  3. Refund Process

    To request a refund, please reach out to our support team via nareshkatariya1996@gmail.com with details of your issue. Include your account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility. We may request additional information if needed. You will receive a response within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel a subscription or ongoing service, please do so before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for any payments already made.

  5. Changes to the Policy

    We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
