  1. Delivery Process

    The delivery of our online exams is completely digital and will be done through email delivery. Once you complete the payment process for purchasing the exam, you will receive an email that contains all the necessary details of the exam. The email will also contain instructions on how to access the exam.

  2. Exam Availability

    Online exams will be available for a limited time period, as specified in the relevant exam description. You should take the exam within the given time frame as exams are not available after that.

  3. Exam Access

    You can access the exam from anywhere at any time as per the requirements and guidelines. You just need to make sure that you have a stable internet connection while taking the exam. It is recommended to use an Android or IOS mobile for attempting the exam.

  4. Refund Policy

    We do not offer refunds for purchased exams. However, if you face any technical difficulties while accessing the exam, please email us to get assistance – we will be happy to help.

  5. Certificate Delivery

    Once you have successfully completed the exam, you will be able to see the result and solution of exam paper after 2 hrs in your mobile application.

  6. Rescheduling Policy

    If for some circumstances, you could not access the exam within the given time frame, you can reschedule the exam by simply dropping an email to us within 48 hours of the exam time. However, this policy is applicable only once per purchase.
